Connect with one of available wallet providers or create a new wallet. What is wallet?
We do not own private keys and cannot access your funds without your confirmation
Wallets are used to send, receive, and store digital assets like Ether. Wallets come in many forms. They are either built into your browser, an extension added to your browser, a piece of hardware plugged into your computer, or even an app on your phone.
One of the most important things you need to learn early on is how to keep your NFTs safe.
Here is our NFT safety 101
It is important to only contact us through our official communication channels.
We will never ask for your wallet recovery phrase or details.
Our official links are:
Every digital wallet comes with a recovery phrase.
This phrase is only used if you forget your wallet password.
Your recovery phrase resets your digital wallet, and you can recover your NFTs and crypto.
You must write this phrase down and keep it in a safe place
Do not keep this phrase on your computer!
No one should ever ask to see this phrase. It is for your eyes only!
When creating a digital wallet, it is important to ensure you are connecting to its official extension or app.
You will need to use many different websites when investing in NFTs. Only use official links.
We recommend saving these official links to your browser to reduce the chance of clicking on a malicious link in the future.
We recommend creating passwords that are not easy to guess and that you can remember.
You may wish to use a password manager.
You may end up creating many digital wallets, and you will need to create a new password for each one.
Store these passwords in a secure place and never on your phone or computer!
It is advisable to use a 2FA like Google Authenticator and Authy.
We recommend purchasing a hardware wallet to increase your NFT protection.
The most popular NFT hardware wallet is the Ledger.
If you have valuable NFTs, you can increase your protection by using a computer that has never connected to the internet. This computer is only for your digital wallets.
You will need to connect your wallet to websites. Once you have concluded your online activities, we recommend revoking these websites.
You can do this directly in your online digital wallet.
We recommend using a VPN at all times.
It is advisable to purchase an antivirus software program.
Keep this program active when you use your computer.
Please ensure you do not open any emails you do not recognize.
If you receive an email from us, please ensure it is official.
Our users can flag NFTs for suspicious activity.
NFTs are flagged for the following reasons:
The first thing to do is move your NFTs linked to your wallet to a new wallet.
This reduces the chance of someone accessing your NFTs.
You can also revoke access from our site to your wallet.
You can always reconnect after this issue has been dealt with.
You can join our Discord group here.
DiscordWe have created a discord channel where you can chat with other NFT enthusiasts and receive important NFTAVE marketplace updates.

Here are three main discord scams that you need to be aware of.
Discord direct messages (DMs) are the most common method for scammers (and bots) to try and scam you.
These messages will try and get you to click a link or mint an NFT.
The first thing to remember is scammers will always try to create a sense of urgency!
You must act now to receive this.
Take your time, do not rush into anything. If something sounds too good to be true and has a sense of urgency, it could be a scam.
Scammers are clever and can create a discord handle that looks very similar to our official team members.
Our team will only contact you when you directly ask for our help.
Only use our official links - you will find them in the official links section of our discord.
This is a popular scam.
The scam works like this:
If your NFT collection or items are de-listed, it could be because they violate our Terms of service.
Link to our terms of use
Your collection and items remain on the blockchain, but you will not be able to view them on NFTAVE.
User safety and delisting
Please read our user safety information below.
This guide explains why your items and collections may have been de-listed from our marketplace.
The main reasons an NFT is delisted is:
